For emergencies, call 911. If you have a SICK CHILD or are WORRIED about your child, please main number (202) 930-9669 and follow the prompts for urgent access to reach the on-call provider directly; do this 2 times 5 minutes apart. Please note that we may be pulling over if driving or stepping to a private location to talk. If you cannot reach the provider promptly, please seek urgent pediatric care.
NOT URGENT/ NOT TIME SENSITIVE:
The team reviews portal and text messages in batches during business hours, and will respond accordingly.
Form requests routinely take 3 business days.
